Our infant room is a warm and inviting place where infants can grow and learn.
Our infant room has its own door connected to a secured playground. When the weather is pleasant, we take them outside for fresh air and sunshine. They have their own scheduled outdoor time in the morning and afternoon, so they don’t have to share with the older children.
At Cora’s Cottage, we have provided the best. The infants have their own kitchenette with a sink, full-size refrigerator, and microwave oven. We sterilize everything they come in contact with several times a day, so parents can rest assured that their baby’s environment is clean and healthy.
Lots of colorful books, blocks, and toys for playing and discovery learning. Our teachers make sure that all of our babies get their tummy-time, which is so important to their growth and development.
It is not uncommon to see our teachers on the floor with our infants teaching, playing, and singing together with our babies. They know that learning and cognitive development starts at day one, and they are dedicated to giving each child a great start.
Our infant room is for infants and toddlers up to 18 months. Though we are licensed for 15, we keep our ratio at four to one, so our infant room is limited to only 8. We have an excellent team for our babies, and there is always two people in the room.
